At Flôr, our cocktails are driven by creativity, seasonality, and a love for the unexpected. From precision techniques to playful local ingredients, each drink captures a moment in time and a sense of place. This is cocktail making rooted in curiosity, designed to surprise and spark conversation.

Our Cocktail philosophy

At Flôr, we believe in staying true to each ingredient’s natural spirit. Our menu is all about celebrating the seasons and supporting local producers, so we work with what’s fresh and available right here in our region. We love to play with micro-seasons, those brief windows when certain ingredients shine, and use them at their peak. Our goal is to keep things simple and let each ingredient do the talking, extracting maximum flavour with minimal fuss.

A special tool in our bar is the rotary evaporator, which helps us pull out intense, pure flavours from ingredients in ways you might not have experienced before. This technology enables us to craft truly unique cocktails that tell a story, offering you a taste of our creativity and the region’s finest.

Our Signature Cocktails

Our signature drinks are more than just cocktails; they’re a reflection of Flôr’s personality and passion. When guests try them, they often feel transported into our world, eager to explore more. Each cocktail has its unique vibe, but thanks to a clever pre-batch system, it’s easy for you to sample several flavours and get a real sense of what we do.

One of our proudest creations is the “Solera.” It took us time and testing to get it right because it combines flavours that don’t always come together easily. We start with a bold brandy, then soften it with plums and toasted rice, adding fruity, creamy, and nutty notes.

To finish, we use a fermented saline solution made from koji (that’s rice inoculated with a fermentation culture – Aspergillus oryzae ), which gives the drink a deep umami hit. The result it’s a complex, layered cocktail that captures the spirit of experimentation and craftsmanship we love sharing.
